Works began by raking out cracks and repairing them using a lime-based render which allows for more flex and breathability than standard sand cement render, once all repairs were completed we applied a breathable sealer coat over the property to give additional adhesion to the top coat.

The client wanted to completely change the look of their house so it was more in keeping with others on the street, they chose Lily White.

We applied the textured coating to all elevations using a high-pressure spray system to give a beautiful uniformed finish which transformed the property, leaving no trace of the previous brick red finish.
