A: The price will vary depending on your property type. We will advise which product type is best suited to your property. The overall quotation will include any necessary repairs to the exterior of the property prior to the application of coating.

A: We have a gallery of completed work available to view on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok showing reels and photographs. We are unable to refer previous addresses due to data protection.

A: You can submit an enquiry by email, telephone or WhatsApp. This will be followed by a return email or telephone call to make an appointment to book a survey at the property. During the survey the nature of the project and a suitable product will be discussed, measurements and photographs will be taken to enable an accurate quotation. We will answer any questions you may have regarding products, colours, timescales and work guarantees. From this initial visit, a quotation will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you wish to accept the quote a service agreement will be issued with the deposit invoice. Once we receive a signed copy of the contract and deposit payment a confirmed date for works commencement is booked.

A: No, you do not need to be available as we will be working on the exterior of the property. However, we will require electric and water

A. The Protex Guarantee is issued once we have received cleared funds for all invoices raised. Our Guarantee works in conjunction with the manufacturers warranty should the coating chip, peel or flake.

A: The price is inclusive of all necessary materials, labour costs and licenced waste disposal. If scaffolding, permits or access are required this will also be included, unless stated otherwise. All works are covered by liability insurance.

UPDATED 28/09/2021: Standard Terms: On acceptance of the quotation we require a 25% deposit of the total price for the services. 25% Interim payment is required once building works have commenced and materials have been delivered to site. The remaining 50% is required on the day of works completion. Depending on the project size we may require further interim payments, this would be agreed prior to work commencement. We accept payment by direct bank transfer or through our invoice system with Opayo card services, we accept American Express, Mastercard and Barclaycard - Debit and Credit cards.

Updated 01/06/2022 A: Referral business is an excellent source. £50 in the form of a Love 2 Shop voucher will be issued to the postal address held on file for each subsequent installation. However, if the two houses are surveyed and completed at the same time we will provide a reduced price for the two properties.
