Our client had an extension built some years ago and renovation works to their cottage, the substrate required works to the existingrendered surface,render application to brickwork and a scratch coat surface which had been left unfinished by their builder.

Works were undertaken to repair blown and damaged rendered surfaces, previous building works had left a scratch coat in need of rectification, a one coat render was applied to those areas and the brick extension was also rendered to give the house a uniformed appearance. On completion of all necessary building works a breathable sealer coat was applied to give adhesion to the finishing coat. Our client chose Spring Jasmine by Plaspertex, we applied the textured coating to all elevations using a high pressure spray system to give a beautiful uniformed finished.
